WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM?
The current website is over-cluttered with receptive information, and does not maintain a single style throughout the many we pages. The lack of organization makes the difficult process pf obtaining a United States passport of visa a more difficult task.
WHAT WAS THE SOLUTION?
- Create hierarchy of information with a clear directional system, adding a sense of ease to the user experience.
- Design consistent graphic elements to lead a single organized layout while eliminating any additional distracting and misleading icons.
- Succeed in building an easy to navigate platform.
