I am a graphic design graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology seeking full-time employment. In the spring of 2016, I received my associate’s degree in communication design, and finished my bachelor’s degree this spring of 2018 with a minor’s in art history. I also spent time studying as an honors exchange student at Chelsea College of the University of Arts London, strengthening my knowledge of the importance of culture in design.
I love to create with a goal of clearly communicating the message at hand while experimenting with color, type, and composition along the way. (My favorite typefaces are Bodoni and Frutiger, and my favorite color is turquoise, more commonly known as Pantone 630c.) I believe my work can be described as a balance between classic and modern, as well as fashionable. When I am not working you can find me out seeing live music, reading through mystery novels, caring for my collection of house plants, heading to the beach, or simply catching up with my friends.
Through my studies and work experiences I have had opportunities to do more projects incorporating a design foundation with digital animation, editorial layouts, filmography, and photography. These experiences have progressed my desire to seek further work in media where I see my skills obtained through earning my graphic design degree are best utilized.
Most recently I have spent the past five months as a digital media design intern for Atlantic Records at Warner Music Group, strengthening my understanding of digital marketing strategy for a variety of artist. I very much enjoy brainstorming innovative new ideas to optimize the artist experience. I also enjoy working collaboratively with the graphic design team to contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies which maximize fan engagement.
